Common Issues & Solutions
My passcode isn't working
Try entering the passcode again, making sure you're copying only the 6 digits (no extra spaces or characters).
Passcodes are time-limited, so enter it promptly after receiving it. Make sure you’re not reusing old passcodes.
I'm getting an error or stuck in a login loop
First, clear your session by visiting: https://login.pirical.com/v2/logout
Then try logging in again from the beginning.
- Connection time error: If you see a "Connection time error," this usually means there's a problem with your internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or network to make sure you're connected.
- Browser issues: Though less common, sometimes your browser's cached data or extensions can interfere with the app. Try using an incognito or private browser window to rule this out.
I didn't receive my passcode
First, check your spam or junk folder. Our passcode emails sometimes get filtered there.
If you still don't see it, move on to the next step.
I'm still not receiving passcodes
Double-check that you're using your professional email address with no typos.
If the email is correct, contact your IT department to ensure they're not blocking emails from Pirical. Email filtering systems sometimes prevent authentication emails from reaching your inbox.
